Careers Presentations during Term 1: 

We are building on past successes by providing an increased and more diverse range of opportunities for our senior students to gain insight into possible career pathways and opportunities, both in the College and on day trips. 

This term we have been fortunate to experience presentations from Auckland University, Bond University (Gold Coast) and the tree people (Careers in Forestry NZ) and have taken students to MITO automotive training, visiting Royan’s truck repair, Tesla cars and Scania Trucks, to Price Waterhouse Cooper, to Franklin Careers expo and to Manukau enrichment activity external providers expo.

Future Careers events for Term 2:

We endeavour to arrange as many worthwhile opportunities as possible for our students and are open to new opportunities that frequently arise. So far we have confirmed events by NZ Rural Health (careers within different field in health services), Techtorium (careers in IT), NZDF and the NZ Fire brigade. We shall also attend the South Auckland Careers Expo on 27th June at the Dewdrop centre, Manukau.
