On Saturday 19 March Wesley College entered a team in the inaugural Counties Manukau Regional Debating competition.   

Highlights for the day include a win against ACG Strathallan with the moot being "Schools's should not be able to offer sports scholarships".  The Wesley team successfully debated for the negative.   

One of our team members - Lauraly Taia was selected for the Counties/ Manukau regional debating development team. 

An enjoyable and successful day for all involved.
